Field Service

We handle a wide range of service, such as board renovations to storage, components updates, maintenance and inspections.

• We can provide consistent support from site surveys to component manufacturing, on-site construction, and after-sales service.
• If the existing equipment is manufactured by us, we have 30 years of drawings stored, so please contact us.
• We will also consult with you regarding construction methods and power outage time limits.
• We also provide storage equipment updates.

Distribution boards, switchgears and components deteriorate over time after many years of use.
We recommend that you perform regular inspections and update your equipment at the recommended renewal period.

• High voltage distribution boards: 15 to 20 years after manufacture
• High voltage circuit breakers and vacuum transfer switches: 20 years after manufacture
• High voltage vacuum electromagnetic contactors and combination switches: 15 years after manufacture
• Low voltage components such as transfer switch contactors: 15 years after manufacture

*The recommended renewal period for our components is based on the "Guidelines for Maintenance and Inspection of High and Low Voltage Electrical Equipment" published by JEMA (The Japan Electrical Manufacturers' Association) and is determined as either the number of years elapsed since installation, or the point at which the specified number of switching operations (which varies depending on the model) is reached, whichever comes first.
